My deep passion for history has been fueled not only by reading or researching but also by traveling. I have learned a great deal from the many trips I have taken around the world. I know that experiencing the world is the best way to learn about it, and I love to share my experiences in stories, photos, or relevant videos with my class. I have also taken students on educational trips that were focused on history, art, and culture. I have seen how these trips and field trips provided a very unique and memorable learning experience. I believe that we learn best when there is a catalyst to provide a memory, and I strive to help students have an unforgettable experience while learning in my classes.
